Foreword
I was first asked to join a meditation practice in my mid 30s, a concept that was quite foreign to me. During this time, I was introduced to a Higher Perspective type ideology, which I found even more intriguing. It wasn’t until after certain events in my life that I started to dig deeper. The process of self introspection allowed me to learn, heal and grow. I believe if we teach this concept to children at a young age, it won’t be an unfamiliar concept and it can turn into a regular practice, bringing mindfulness and positivity into their daily lives.
